Barbara and Letizia prepare the sweet treats you will find on the table with their own hands every day: selected ingredients, homemade recipes, a scent that speaks of authenticity. It’s not a hotel breakfast — it’s the breakfast you wish you could have every day.
On the table you will find cakes from the Dolce Rosa bakery: the fluffy and spiced Carrot Cake, the soft and fragrant Banana Bread, the creamy Cheesecake, the Tenerina with its dark chocolate heart, the Torta delle Rose. And then the handmade cookies — Girandole, Gocciole, almond Cantucci, spiced cookies, cocoa cookies with figs and almonds, peanut Marocchini, vegan cookies with oilseeds, and many others — changing every day, because the surprise is part of the pleasure.
Everything is organic, locally sourced where possible, with careful attention to the needs of those with gluten intolerances or following a vegan diet. Because every guest deserves to wake up happy.
