Barbara and Letizia prepare by hand, each day, the sweet treats you’ll find on the table: carefully chosen ingredients, homemade recipes, an aroma that speaks of something real. This isn’t a hotel breakfast — it’s the breakfast you’d wish for every day.

On the table you’ll find the cakes from the Dolce Rosa kitchen: the soft and spiced Carrot Cake, the tender Banana Bread, the creamy Cheesecake, the Tenerina with its molten dark chocolate heart, the Torta delle Rose. And then the handmade biscuits — Girandole, Gocciole, almond Cantucci, spiced biscuits, cocoa with figs and almonds, peanut Marocchini, vegan seed biscuits and many more — changing every day, because surprise is part of the pleasure.

All organic, locally sourced where possible, with care for guests with gluten intolerance or vegan diets. Because every guest deserves to wake up happy.
